These terms are an agreement between you and Free VPN Services Ltd (company number 15905929, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom; "we", "us") for the use of Outfitify: the iOS app, outfitify.app and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Outfitify
You must be at least 18 to use the Service. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you can bind it to these terms.
2. Your account
You can start without an account; an anonymous account is created for your device or browser. Signing in with Apple, Google or an email link keeps your models, closet, looks and credits across devices. Keep your sign-in methods secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Anonymous accounts that are never signed up or paid for may be deleted after a long period of inactivity.
3. What the Service does, and its limits
Outfitify generates images that show how clothes might look on a digital model made from your photo. Results are AI-generated illustrations, not exact representations. Fit, size, colour, fabric and drape can differ from the real product. Do not rely on a look as a guarantee of how an item will fit or look. We are not the seller of any product you import from a store and are not responsible for those stores, their products, prices or returns.
4. Your photos and content
Your content includes photos you upload, clothes you add, captions, comments and any other material you provide, and the models and looks generated from it.
- You keep ownership of your content, subject to the rights of others in it (for example, product photos owned by stores or brands).
- You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce and display your content only to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, to build your model and looks, and to keep them in your account).
- When you share a look publicly, you also allow us and other users to display it in the feed, on its public page and in link previews, and, if you allow it, to let others try the shared pieces on themselves. You can delete shared looks at any time.
- We do not use your photos to train AI models.
You confirm that:
- photos of people are of you, or you have that person's permission to upload them and have them turned into a model;
- for swimwear or underwear try-ons, the photo is of you or you have consent, and you are 18 or older;
- you have the right to upload the product images and links you add, for personal use;
- your content does not break the law or these terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to:
- upload photos of others without their consent, or of anyone under 18 in swimwear or underwear;
- create sexual, sexualised, exploitative or degrading images of anyone, or try to bypass our content safeguards;
- harass, bully, threaten or impersonate others, or post hateful, violent or illegal content;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- scrape, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the Service, or access it other than through our apps and published interfaces;
- create accounts or devices to obtain free credits repeatedly, or otherwise abuse promotions;
- resell or commercially exploit generated images in a way that misleads others about a product or a person.
We may remove content, limit features or suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal content to the authorities. You can report content or users in the app.
6. Credits, subscriptions and payments
- Creating a model costs 1 credit; each try-on costs 1 credit. If a model or try-on fails on our side, the credit is returned automatically.
- On iOS, some accounts receive a one-time free model and try-on. On the web, generation starts after purchase.
- Paid plans (subscriptions and credit packs) are sold through the Apple App Store in the iOS app and through Stripe on the web. Prices, credit amounts and renewal terms are shown before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple ID settings, and web subscriptions in the billing page on outfitify.app, at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Credits included in a subscription expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Credits bought as one-time packs do not expire.
- Refunds: App Store purchases are refunded by Apple under its policies. Web purchases are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise (for example, if the Service is faulty or not as described). To raise a problem with a web purchase, contact hello@freevpnservices.uk.
- UK/EU consumers: you agree that digital content and credits are supplied immediately after purchase, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once a credit has been used.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and brand (excluding your content) belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service under these terms.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or stop features, and we may update these terms. We will give reasonable notice of material changes in the app or by email. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, the new terms apply.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time in Settings → Account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service (in which case we will give notice where possible). On deletion, your content is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated images will be accurate. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by your breach of these terms. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and £100.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law where you live and can bring claims in your local courts.
